Recommendations
To keep your wig in optimal condition, we recommend scheduling this service every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your wearing frequency and styling habits. This ensures your wig stays in pristine condition and prolongs its lifespan.
Lace Condition
Your wig's lace must be in good condition—free from holes, rips, or tears—before sending it in for maintenance. If the lace is damaged, we suggest purchasing new lace, which can be added on for an additional cost. Please inspect your lace carefully prior to booking this service.
Turnaround Time
Expect a turnaround time of 7 to 14 business days, not including shipping. Your wig will be returned to you looking refreshed and revitalized.

After purchasing the service, you will receive an email with the shipping address.

Please ensure your full name (as on the order) is clearly labeled on the package.

Wigs must be sent within 13 days of purchase; orders will be canceled and refunded after 14 days if the wig is not received.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost at checkout for us to return the wig to you, and you are also responsible for shipping the wig to us initially.
