Before your order is shipped, we may request verification of your identification once your order is placed. The verification process is to ensure the security of your transaction and protect against fraud and identity theft. Please be prepared to provide valid identification to help safeguard both your interests and ours.

Ready-To-Ship Wigs are shipped out within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Custom made & Pre-order Wigs will ship within 7-14 business days after your orders have been placed. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number immediately to the email you provided. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING INCORRECT ADDRESSES. 

Keep in mind: Once your products have shipped, we are not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Once product is shipped, delays can happen this is BEYOND our control.
